PARENT & CHILD OPEN GYM
TriStar offers an exceptional opportunity for parets and young children ages 18mo - 3 years to participate in their own open gym. This allows children to grow, learn and develop a love of fitness by providing the perfect setting for their specific age group.

  • Every Saturday 10:15-11:00
  • $5 per visit





SCHOOL AGE OPEN GYM - CHECK BACK SOON FOR NEW SCHEDULE
Open Gym is a time for school age children to be with friends in a relaxed non-structured situation where you can spend extra time on skills you particularly like. There is no direct instruction.

  • Staff is on hand in a supervisory capacity only.
  • Participants must have a signed waiver on file to attend.
  • Cost is $8 members; $10 non-members






ADULT GYM
Come do the tricks you did as a kid in TriStar's well padded facility. Flip out on our tumble track where it is better for your joints or learn how to cartwheel for the first time. No matter what your skill level all are welcome at TriStar's adult class.
  • Monday & Wednesdat 7-8:30pm
  • $12/class - $55 for 5 classes
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old

TriStar Gymnastics' Mission

Gymnastics is an optimal avenue for gaining confidence, athletic coordination and developing patterns for a variety of life skills. At Tri Star Gymnastics, it is our philosophy to increase strength, improve fitness, refine self-assurance and broaden possibilities for every student regardless of age or level of skill. We also believe that gymnastics training at Tri Star will teach our students that physical activity is fun and will instill the belief that they can succeed if they will just try.
